En Suministro de movimiento, we make the payment process simple, secure, and transparent for all of our customers. As a B2B fabricante y exportador de ropa de danza, we primarily work with international clients, and all payments are safely processed through our trusted exporting partner, Ningbo United Group — one of the largest and most reliable trading companies in China.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options depending on your order size:

a) PayPal (For Small Payments & Samples)

  • This is commonly used for sample orders and smaller initial purchases.

  • If we provide free samples, you will only need to cover shipping costs.

  • All payments are handled through Ningbo United Group, our official exporting company.

  • Once your order details are confirmed, we will provide our bank account information for payment.

  • Production begins after we receive your deposit.

c) Letter of Credit (L/C – For Large Orders)

  • With this method, your bank holds the payment and only releases it once all agreed conditions are met — for example, when production is complete and the order is ready to ship.

2. Deposits & Balance Payments

  • For most bulk orders, a Depósito 30%-70% is required before production begins.

  • After production is complete and your order is ready for shipment, we will send you:

    • Final photos and videos of your products

    • The total cost, including shipping fees

  • The saldo restante must be paid before we release the goods.

  • Once we receive full payment, we arrange shipping according to your preferred method (DDP or FOB).

3. Security of Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through Ningbo United Group to ensure proper handling of funds and safe international transactions.

  • If you choose Letter of Credit, all steps are verified and monitored by the bank, ensuring both parties fulfill their commitments.

4. Currency & Fees

  • We accept USD for all international transactions.

  • Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees charged by your bank are the buyer’s responsibility.

Whether you are ordering a few samples or placing a bulk container order, we will help arrange the best solution based on your needs and budget.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on your order size and volume:

a) Air Shipping (For Samples & Small Orders)

  • We typically arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) air shipping through our partner shipping companies.

  • The shipping company manages everything — customs clearance, taxes, and delivery — under their own company name.

  • Air shipping is fast and ideal for samples and small initial orders.

b) Sea Shipping (For Bulk Orders)

For larger shipments, we offer multiple sea freight options:

1. DDP Sea Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid)

  • The shipping company handles everything — including customs clearance, duties, and final delivery to your door.

  • Customs are cleared under the shipping company’s name, not yours.

  • You only need to provide your name, company, address, and contact details for delivery.

  • This is the most convenient option, but slightly more expensive than regular sea freight.

2. Regular Sea Freight (Port-to-Port)

  • A more cost-effective option, since you handle U.S. customs clearance, duties, and final delivery yourself.

  • Typically much cheaper than DDP shipping — in many cases, more than half the cost.

  • Ideal for customers who already have their own freight forwarder or customs broker in the U.S.

3. FOB (franco a bordo)

  • FOB no es un método de envío — it simply means we deliver your goods to the designated port in China, and you handle the rest with your own shipping company or forwarder.

c) Container Shipping (For Large Bulk Orders)

For high-volume orders, we offer:

  • Full Container Loads (FCL): If you have enough items, we can load your products into a dedicated container for faster and more efficient shipping.

  • Shared Containers (LCL): If your order volume is smaller, we can combine your shipment with other companies’ products to reduce costs.

2. Shipping Estimates

We provide shipping cost and time estimates when you place your order, but please note these are approximations. Final timelines depend on:

  • The shipping company’s schedule

  • Customs processing

  • Local delivery times

Estimated Boat Time (Sea Freight to U.S. West Coast):

  • Approximately 5-15 días

After the boat arrives, customs clearance and domestic delivery are handled entirely by the shipping company. While clearance usually takes 3–4 days, delays can occur and are outside of our control.

3. Insurance & Liability

  • Nosotros do not automatically include insurance in shipping.

  • If you would like insurance for your order, please request it before shipment — the cost will be added to your shipping fee.

  • While we work with trusted shipping partners, once we hand your goods to the carrier, Motion Supply is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit.

  • In rare situations — such as customs delays, port congestion, or unexpected shipping issues — any claims must be handled directly with the shipping company.

  • Fast vs. Economy: Faster services are available at higher rates; slower ones are cheaper.

  • Multiple Carriers: We work with several logistics companies and can recommend the best fit for your order.

  • Direct vs. Multi-Port Routes: Direct boats can arrive in as little as 5–7 days, while slower boats may stop at multiple ports and take longer.

  • Use Your Own Carrier: If you have an existing shipping company or forwarder, we’re happy to coordinate with them.

5. Important Notes
