How Ordering Works
Your complete step-by-step guide to working with us
At Motion Supply, we make it simple to source and customize dancewear, footwear, and accessories for your brand. Whether you’re requesting samples or placing a bulk order, here’s how the process works from start to finish:
Step 1 — Browse & Request a Quote
Start by browsing our catalog of hundreds of SKUs on the website.
Select the products you’re interested in and click “Add to Quote.”
In your cart, submit a custom quote request with your name, email, and product details.
We’ll review your request and send you item pricing based on the products you selected.
Step 2 — Order Samples (Optional but Recommended)
If you want to test product quality first, you can order samples.
Simply confirm which items you want, and we’ll ship samples from current stock.
Sample sizes and colors are not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to match your preferences.
Most sample packages fit in a small air-shipping box (around 1–2 kg / 2–4 lbs), and you’ll only need to cover shipping costs.
Typical air shipping takes about 5–12 days to arrive at your door.
Step 3 — Create Your Business Account
Once you’ve tested the samples and are ready to move forward, we’ll upgrade your account to a B2B business account.
With a business account, you can:

Step 4 — Place Your Bulk Order
Select your preferred sizes, colors, and quantities for each product.
Submit your order inquiry directly through the website or by contacting us.
We’ll confirm all details and send you an official invoice.
Step 5 — Customization (Optional)
Since we work with multiple specialized factories, we can handle full customization:
Logos & Labels → Add your brand name and size info to shoes, leotards, tights, and more.
Design Adjustments → Change materials, colors, or patterns as needed.
Custom Packaging → We source plastic bags, shoe boxes, hang tags, and inserts with your branding.
Example:
If you’re ordering jazz shoes, we can:
Print your logo on the inner sole and side of the shoe
Create a custom mold for embossed branding on the bottom
Source custom shoe boxes and bags from our packaging factories
For small quantities, we’ll ship from our existing stock without logos or inner tags, but for larger orders, you get full customization flexibility.
Step 6 — Payment & Production
For official orders, we require a deposit — usually 30%–70%, depending on the products and customization level.
After we receive your deposit, production begins.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process with photos and videos — from logo printing to packaging preparation.
Production time depends on your order size and customization, but in our example:
Production: ~5 days
Preparation & packaging: ~5 days
Total manufacturing time: ~10 days
Step 7 — Final Payment & Shipping
Once production is complete, we’ll take final photos and videos of your order for confirmation.
We’ll provide the shipping cost and request the remaining balance.
After your payment clears, we prepare your shipment.
Shipping Options:
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle everything — duties, customs, and door-to-door delivery.
FOB (Free On Board): We deliver your goods to the port, and you manage shipping yourself.
For sea shipping, the boat time to the U.S. is:
West Coast: ~5–15 days
East Coast: ~10–20 days
Total delivery time (including customs, payment clearance, and packing) is usually around 3–5 weeks.
Step 8 — Receive Your Order
Once everything clears customs, your shipment is delivered straight to your door (if using DDP). Your products arrive ready to sell, with your logos, packaging, and branding exactly as requested.
