You can order samples directly from our website. Just go to the product page, select your preferred color/size, and click “Add to Quote.” In your cart, click “Request Custom Quote,” fill in your details, and submit.

Prices are only available to registered B2B users. If you are a first-time visitor, you will not see prices listed on the website. Instead, you can add products to your cart and click “Request Custom Quote.” We will then send you the pricing for the items you selected.

Once you order a sample with us, your account can be upgraded to a B2B account, which gives you full access to see prices for all items directly on the website. Until then, you’re welcome to request a quote anytime if you just want to check the price of specific items.

We support full customization across our entire range — including shoes, leotards, clothing, footwear, packaging, and labels. You can customize logos, brand names, colors, materials, designs, and packaging to fit your brand.

However, minimum order quantities (MOQ) depend on the type of customization:

  • Simple customizations like adding logos, labels, or custom packaging usually require smaller quantities.

  • More complex changes — such as altering shoe soles, changing materials, or creating new designs — may require larger orders and often involve specialized factories.

  • For highly customized items, like making a new mold for shoes, some factories may require you to commit to ongoing orders for production efficiency.

Since we work with different factories for different product types and customization levels, requirements vary by project. Feel free to contact us with your ideas, and we’ll guide you through the best options and MOQs based on your needs.

1. Air Shipping (Best for Samples & Small Orders)

  • Ideal for packages under 5 kg (~11 lbs).

  • We usually use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means we handle everything — taxes, duties, and customs clearance — and deliver straight to your door.

  • Typical delivery time: about 5–12 business days.

2. Sea Shipping (Best for Bulk Orders)

  • Recommended for large or heavy shipments.

  • Two main options:

    • DDP Sea Shipping → We handle everything, including duties, taxes, customs, and delivery to your door.

    • LCL / FCL Options

      • LCL (Less-than-Container Load): Share a container to save on costs.

      • FCL (Full Container Load): Best for very large orders at the lowest cost per unit.

  • Estimated boat time:

    • To U.S. West Coast → ~5–15 days

    • To U.S. East Coast → ~10–20 days

3. FOB (Free On Board)

  • FOB is not a shipping method. It means we deliver your goods to the designated port in China, and from there you handle everything — including freight, customs, and final delivery.

  • This option is best if you already work with your own freight forwarder.

1. PayPal (For Small Amount & Samples)

  • For payments under $200 USD, we accept PayPal for quick and easy transactions.

2. Bank Wire Transfer (TT – Telegraphic Transfer)

  • For most bulk orders, we use bank wire transfers (TT) — the most common international payment method for B2B.

  • We will issue an official invoice with our company details, and payment is made directly to our company bank account.

3. Letter of Credit (L/C – For Large Orders)

  • For very large orders, we can accept Letters of Credit through your bank.

  • In this method,  bank holds the funds and only releases payment to us after all agreed conditions are met — for example, once the products are manufactured, inspected, and ready for shipment.

Deposits & Final Payment

  • For standard bulk orders, a 30%–70% deposit is usually required before we start production.

  • For highly customized products (e.g., items with your logos or private labels), we may require up to 100% payment upfront, as these items cannot be resold.

  • After production is complete and your order is ready to ship, we’ll request the remaining balance along with the shipping cost. Once payment is received, we ship the goods or prepare them for pickup if using FOB.

We do have minimum order requirements (MOQs), but we’re flexible for first-time buyers. For your first few orders, we can accept smaller quantities so you can test our products and start doing business with us.

However, ordering in larger quantities is always more cost-effective because:

  • Manufacturing efficiency → Producing in bulk reduces material waste and speeds up production, lowering overall costs.

  • Logistics efficiency → Packaging, handling, and shipping become cheaper when products are shipped together.

  • Better customization options → Larger orders give you access to full customization of logos, labels, packaging, colors, materials, and even designs.

For small orders, you’ll need to select from our current stock and available sizes and colors. In these cases, we usually cannot add custom logos or labels, and some products may not have internal tags — we’ll label sizes on the packaging instead.

Example:
If you order jazz shoes in bulk from one of our partner factories, we can customize the product completely — adding your logo on the inside sole, your brand name and size on the side of the shoe, or wherever you prefer. We can also source custom shoe boxes, bags, and packaging with your branding. But if you only want a few pairs, we’ll ship from our current stock, which may not include branded tags or custom packaging.

Tip: Ordering one SKU in multiple sizes and colors is completely fine — we just don’t recommend placing very small orders with too many different SKUs, as it complicates production, warehouse handling, and shipping.

With larger quantities, you not only get better pricing but also more customization flexibility — from logos and packaging to materials, colors, and even design adjustments.
